Yes, a user can have multiple user tags that can be used in all OpenAir reports including utilization reports. - Can you set target utilization at a department level?
No, target utilization is set per user. - Can you limit which time types are available to be selected on a timesheet?
There are 2 options: You can use a filter set to limit time types for all users that share the filter set. Another option is to enable a switch that allows limiting time type options on a project specific level. - What’s the difference between base work schedule and work schedule?
Base work schedule calculates using hours per day and excluded company holidays. Work schedule hours include embedded company holidays. - What’s the best option to start the process to create a custom calculation?
Choose account-wide summary custom calculation which will be available in all the summary reports.
