Can’t See the Non-Billable Checkbox on Your SuiteProjects Pro Task Form?

If the Non-billable task checkbox isn’t showing up in SuiteProjects Pro, here’s a quick check:

Head to the Financials tab on your project. If you don’t see Billing listed there, it’s likely due to your global billing settings.

Here’s how to fix it:

1. Go to Administration > Global Settings > Jobs, Rates > Billing Rates
2. In the “Get the billing rate from” dropdown, make sure Project billing rules are selected.

Once that’s set, users who can view project billing rules will see the Non-billable task checkbox on the task form.
