Usage of OpenAir project templates when projects are created via NetSuite OpenAir Integration

The required configuration needed to utilize project templates when projects are created via the NetSuite and OpenAir Integration has changed and been simplified.

You no longer need to set the NetSuite template id on the project properties of the templates in OpenAir and you no longer need to add a mapping line in the project mapping of the NetSuite and OpenAir Integration.

The new configuration only requires ensuring that the template names match exactly in NetSuite and OpenAir and that this setting is set in the project mapping.
