The Issue: If your integration runs before NetSuite updates its exchange rates, SuiteProjects Pro will pull outdated rates, creating mismatched financial data between the two systems.

The Solution: Schedule your Exchange Rate Integration to run 20 minutes after the NetSuite exchange rates are updated. This buffer ensures SuiteProjects Pro always captures the most current rates.

Quick Setup Tip: If you need to modify the timing settings, temporarily disable all automations in the NetSuite Connector Administration page to make the Save button visible.
