Quick Fix: Making New NetSuite Projects Instantly Visible in OpenAir

When projects are integrated from NetSuite to OpenAir, users may notice they don’t immediately appear in the Projects list (Projects > Projects > All), even after refreshing the page. While logging out and back in provides a temporary solution, there’s a better way to handle this.

To make newly integrated projects visible instantly:

• Disable filter set caching
• Disable filter set caching of others’ data

With these internal switches enabled, users can simply refresh the Project list view to see the newly integrated NetSuite projects – no logout required.
