Increase Efficiency with the Navigation Shortcuts Feature in SuiteProjects Pro

Are you tired of the number of clicks it takes you to get to where you want to be in SuiteProjects Pro? There is a solution for that in the relatively new feature called Shortcuts.

Located in the top right corner, you may have noticed the ever-present star utility button.

This utility button is only available if the Navigation Shortcuts feature is enabled for your company’s SuiteProjects Pro account. To enable the Navigation Shortcuts feature, go to Administration > Global Settings > Account > Optional features and check the Enable shortcuts box.

Add and manage your shortcuts from any page in SuiteProjects Pro by simply clicking the star utility button. Create shortcuts within SuiteProjects Pro including new record forms, specific tabs on specific records, report properties and report runs.

You can also create a shortcut to an external URL.

Use the pencil icon to edit your existing shortcuts.
