Adding Multiple Report Filters In OpenAir – It’s Always an “And”, Not an “Or”.

When trying to create a report in OpenAir one thing to keep in mind with filters is when adding each filter, they act as an “and” with each other, not an “or”.

When using a User filter on the Time Entries report, select two users:

Adding another filter for project means that the report output will be time for those two users on the project filtered:

To be able to use two filters with an “or”, try using a list view.  In this case, I went to time entries and added the same filters with “Match any” to give me output for either the hours entered for the two users or all Timeoff project time:
