Total Approved Expenses Incurred To Date
Project list views provide quick information display of fields such as total invoiced, total costs, and a variety of hours fields across multiple projects. This script supplies yet one more key field for display in the list view which is the total approved expenses incurred to date (a subset of the Total incurred costs value). No reports are required.
Technical Description
This scheduled script updates a field on the project object with the total of all of the expenses for the project whenever a new expense report is approved.
Dependencies
Custom currency field stores the total expenses. The expenses field will only be updated based on the timing of the scheduled script
