OpenAir Release Testing
Our experienced team conducts extensive testing on newly released OpenAir features.
Use case scenarios are tested using realistic data and existing features to identify dependencies, limitations, and details for the new feature rollout and adoption.
OpenAir Release Recommendations
Based on the detailed release testing you will receive a Release Recommendations Report providing recommendations on whether or not the feature should be enabled or used and its potential benefit.
Features which will automatically appear and which require action to enable and adopt are highlighted in the document.
A Recommendations Release Report is delivered to your administrator(s) for review and consideration.
Recommendations Review Call
We coordinate a conference call with you to review and discuss the Release Recommendations Report for acceptance.
System administrators may use this information to update documentation, communicate to system users, and archive for future reference of system change control.
