    Yes, a user can have multiple user tags that can be used in all OpenAir reports including utilization reports.
  2. Can you set target utilization at a department level?
    No, target utilization is set per user.
  3. Can you limit which time types are available to be selected on a timesheet?
    There are 2 options: You can use a filter set to limit time types for all users that share the filter set. Another option is to enable a switch that allows limiting time type options on a project specific level.
  4. What's the difference between base work schedule and work schedule?
    Base work schedule calculates using hours per day and excluded company holidays. Work schedule hours include embedded company holidays.
  5. What's the best option to start the process to create a custom calculation?
    Choose account-wide summary custom calculation which will be available in all the summary reports.
