TOP Step Consulting has been named a Fastest Growing Firm by Consulting magazine for the second year in a row. TOP Step Consulting enables and empowers professional services organizations to be profitable, scalable, and efficient through professional services automation, process enhancement, change management, and skill set training.
Consulting magazine’s Fastest Growing Firms is the list of the fastest growing global consulting firms, honoring consulting firms of all sizes and any sector. Firms are ranked by their rate of revenue growth between 2012 and 2015. To participate, you must have started generating revenue by 2012 and have a minimum growth rate of 20%.
The Fastest Growing Firms were unveiled and formally recognized at Consulting magazine’s inaugural Fastest Growing Firms award dinner October 13 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City. TOP Step Consulting ranked #32 of the 61 companies awarded the honor.

Consulting Magazine began it’s ranking of Fastest Growing Firms in 2015 to highlighting the fastest-growing consultant firms of any size or sector in North America. The search was expanded to include global firms this year. This recognition is one of many this year for TOP Step Consulting. In addition to CIO Review placing TOP Step Consulting as the cover story for their annual list of the 20 Most Promising NetSuite Solution Providers, the company also was ranked in the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies. And for the seventh consecutive year, Service Performance Insight (SPI) ranked TOP Step Consulting as a top performing professional services organization with “Best of the Best” status.
