Prevent Duplicate Records when NetSuite OpenAir Integration is Interrupted
OpenAir acknowledges a successful export by marking a record as exported and displaying its corresponding ID from NetSuite on the OpenAir record Properties form. However, if the export process is interrupted before receiving confirmation from NetSuite, records might be sent to NetSuite without being marked as exported in OpenAir. As a result, upon the next integration workflow execution, these records may be exported again, resulting in duplicates in NetSuite.
The Auto recovery feature identifies records designated for export during interrupted integration runs. It then checks if these records were previously exported to NetSuite. If a record is found in NetSuite, the OpenAir NetSuite Connector updates the record exported status in OpenAir. Otherwise, the record will be exported again.
Note: To use this feature, update NetSuite bundle 2851– NetSuite OpenAir SRP Integration to version 2.09 or later.
To enable this setting:
1. Navigate to Administration > NetSuite Connector
2. Click the Tips button > NetSuite Connector Administration
3. Under Auto recovery section, enable the following checkboxes:
4. Click Save
After completing all the steps above, the auto recovery feature is now enabled for those record export.
