Locating a NetSuite OpenAir Integration Error in the Old Advanced Mappings
When using the NetSuite OpenAir Integration, errors within the integration mappings can occur and prevent the integration from passing data. If you are unable to find the error within the current mapping, it could be located in the Old Advanced Mapping which would cause the mappings for that selected workflow not to work.
A user can review this via the “Show Relevant Old Advanced Mapping” option in the Tips section of the integration form. If for example, this is for the Projects import workflow, review the old advanced mapping you have for this workflow. Once the error is identified, export the old advanced mappings, correct the error and reupload the mappings. This should correct the Projects import workflow. The steps to review the Old Advanced Mapping and make corrections are below:
- First export the NetSuite integration settings. There is a link for this on the Tips section.
- Once exported to a text file, open it in a text editor (e.g. Notepad). Search for the incorrect entry and edit it in the mappingsand save the file.
- Then import the file back to your OpenAir account. There is a link also in the Tips section that allows you to perform the import.
