How to identify Projects that do not have a Billing Rule

When creating reports, there is a Project detail field called “Number of Billing Rules”. Anytime you see a zero in that field an investigation might be warranted. Below is an example of how to configure a basic tabular Project details report with this information.

The Number of Billing Rules can also be viewed in crosstab or summary reports by including it as a Project attribute. The below example is based on Billable Hours to help target the Projects that definitely need at least one billing rule.
