Configuration Steps

Enable the Feature
- Navigate to Administration > Application Settings > Timesheets Settings > Other Settings
- Enable the setting “On Time off requests, display current leave accrual balance to managers for approval”

Verify Manager Assignment
- Go to Administration > Global Settings > Users
- Select the relevant user
- Check the Manager field to confirm the correct manager is assigned
Important Considerations
- Only the person listed in the user’s Manager field can view the leave accrual balance
- When the manager approves the request, they will see a message showing “Current leave accrual balance: X hours” on the Submit/Approve page
- If someone other than the assigned manager is approving the schedule request, they will not see the accrual balance
