Access Your Action Items from Anywhere with SuiteProjects Pro To-Do List
Previously users had to visit several locations and dashboards to find all of the tasks assigned to them. With the October 2024 release of OpenAir, now known as SuiteProjects Pro, all tasks can now be easily found in the new To-Do List and can be accessed from any time and from any screen.
What is included?
The To-Do list will include workflow assignments, items awaiting submission, or items that are awaiting approval. This includes timesheets, bookings, assigned issues, assigned tasks, expense reports, and invoices.
How to Use
By clicking an item on the To-Do list, the user will be taken to a list of items that need action. Simply click into each item on the list and complete the assignment. Here are some examples:
